In this session we focus on addressing key strategic challenges facing business leaders and small business owners. Participants can expect to gain an understanding of their market and strategy, enabling them to fortify their competitive position. We'll explore pathways to construct additional moats, safeguarding margins, profits, and leading to new growth. We'll also focus on how organizations can align resources with their strategy to unlock untapped potential and overcome strategic bottlenecks. Finally, we’ll focus on improving leadership skills. These topics will be approached from a position of faith, as disciples of Jesus Christ. Join us to elevate your small business to new heights of success and to discover greater purpose and meaning in your everyday work.

Substitutions and Cancellations
A $100 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. After the start of each camp no refund can be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
Admission and Standards
Participants of any race, color, creed, and ethnic or national origin are accepted for admission to this program provided they maintain university standards while on campus. These include modesty in dress and conduct and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and harmful drugs. We are committed to providing a learning atmosphere that reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who are otherwise qualified. At least two weeks before the start of the program, applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program content and available facilities with the program director.
